Fix Exploit Failed Error :
Me also facing this error and at my side, I fix this error on Windows 8 by doing just two simple things,
Step 1 : Download latest version of Redsn0w. Currently these are the latest versions but you can check Dev-Team blog to any other latest version is available.
Step 2: Extract the Redsn0w in any folder of your choose.
Step 3: Then right click on Redsn0w.exe which you get after extraction. Then click on properties, then go to Compatibility Tab.
Step 4: After going to Compatibility Tab, mark the Option Run This Program in Compatibility Mode For, also mark the option Run the Program as Administrator. As shown in figure.
Now again try to jailbreak your required iOS 5.1.1, 6.0.1, 6 IPSW firmware, i hope that Redsn0w will not give this error again.
